TERMS AND CONDITIONS – “Earn a guaranteed share of 1 million KrisFlyer miles” Campaign
Capitalised terms used below and not otherwise defined have the meaning as set out in the PayRewards terms and conditions.
pay.com.au customers will receive a guaranteed share of 1 million KrisFlyer miles (‘Bonus KrisFlyer miles’) if they make an ‘Eligible Transfer’ (as defined below) between 12:01am (AEST) on 13 April 2026 and 11:59pm (AEST) on 26 April 2026 (the ‘Promotion Period’) (the ‘Promotion’).
BONUS POINTS OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- For the purpose of the Promotion an ‘Eligible Transfer’ is a single transfer of PayRewards Points into KrisFlyer miles during the Promotion Period that results in 20,000 or more KrisFlyer miles being credited to the Member’s KrisFlyer account.
- The exact number of Bonus KrisFlyer miles you will receive will be calculated by dividing the 1,000,000 Bonus KrisFlyer miles by the number of PayRewards Member’s that make an Eligible Transfer during the Promotion Period. Should the calculation result in a fractional number, the Bonus KrisFlyer miles will be rounded down to the nearest whole number, the calculation of such amounts will be performed by Singapore Airlines in their sole discretion.
- Bonus KrisFlyer miles will be allocated to a KrisFlyer member’s KrisFlyer account within 6 weeks of the Promotion Period ending.
- PayRewards Points and are subject to redemption rules and the PayRewards Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.
- Access to and use of the pay.com.au platform is subject to the pay.com.au Platform Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.
- pay.com.au and or Singapore Airlines / KrisFlyer reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Promotion at any time without notice.
- Bonus KrisFlyer miles are limited to one per pay.com.au business account and one per KrisFlyer account. Where more than one Eligible Transfer has occurred via a pay.com.au business account during the Promotion Period, the KrisFlyer account receiving miles in respect of the first Eligible Transfer will qualify only.
- Bonus KrisFlyer miles cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
- The Promotion is also subject to the relevant Singapore Airlines terms and conditions found here.
- By participating in the Promotion, each participant agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by SIA. All collection, use and disclosure of participant’s personal data will be in accordance with SIA’s Privacy Policy
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- You must be a KrisFlyer Member to earn KrisFlyer miles for your business via pay.com.au. KrisFlyer Membership and KrisFlyer miles are subject to the KrisFlyer Terms & Conditions.
- PayRewards Points can be transferred to KrisFlyer miles when Members log into their pay.com.au account. The conversion rate between PayRewards Points and KrisFlyer miles is 2.5:1 (i.e. 2.5 PayRewards Points = 1 KrisFlyer mile).
