Earn 1 KrisFlyer mile for your business for every 2.5 PayRewards Points transferred to your KrisFlyer account (“KF Account”) (i.e. 2.5 PayRewards Points = 1 KrisFlyer mile, the “KrisFlyer Earn Rate”). The total KrisFlyer miles awarded is calculated by applying the KrisFlyer Earn Rate to the number of PayRewards Points transferred. For example, if a member transferred 1500 PayRewards Points they would earn 600 KrisFlyer miles. The minimum number of PayRewards Points that can be transferred to your KF Account is 1250. Fractions of KrisFlyer miles will not be allocated.
KrisFlyer miles will be transferred to the KF Account which is linked to the relevant PayRewards account at the time of transfer. The KF Account which is linked must belong to the rightful pay.com.au account holder, pay.com.au and KrisFlyer reserve the right to rectify transaction data (including reversal of transfers) to any KF Account which is not associated with the rightful pay.com.au account holder. KrisFlyer miles will be allocated to the member’s account within 30 days of completing the relevant transfer, unless otherwise stated in connection with a specific campaign. Once a transfer has been processed it is final and cannot be refunded or reversed.
To earn KrisFlyer miles, you must be a current KrisFlyer Member. KrisFlyer Membership and the use of KrisFlyer miles are subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions, and any changes to the KrisFlyer Member benefits and features will be governed by those Terms and Conditions. Singapore Airlines collects and handles your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

KrisFlyer and pay.com.au may use your personal information in order to: (a) confirm that you are a KrisFlyer Member, (b) link your accounts, and (c) allow you to access details about your KF Account, such as your ABN, from within your pay.com.au account.
You can de-link or manage your linked accounts at any time through your profile in your PayRewards account settings.
