GENERAL PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Go into the draw to win 141,000 KrisFlyer miles Campaign (2025)

Capitalised terms used below and not otherwise defined have the meaning as set out in the PayRewards terms and conditions. The Trade Promotion Terms and Conditions also apply to this Promotion.

Promotion Description

PayRewards Members will go into the draw to win 1 of 5 – 141,000 KrisFlyer miles (Promotion Bonus) equivalent to a one-way business class saver redemption with Singapore Airlines from select Australian capital cities to Europe*, if Members transfer a minimum of 100,000 PayRewards Points to their KrisFlyer miles account in a single transaction (Eligible Transfer), between 12:01am (AEDT) on 10 November 2025 and 11:59pm (AEDT) on 16 November 2025 (Promotion Period), being the Promotion.

*Redemption of Promotion Bonus for Singapore Airlines flights is subject to seat availability, and it is the winner’s responsibility to redeem the Promotion Bonus for flights or other goods or services.

Promotion – General Terms and Conditions

1. This Promotion is available to PayRewards Members only.
2. PayRewards Members must be a KrisFlyer member to transfer PayRewards Points to KrisFlyer miles.
3. PayRewards Points can be transferred to KrisFlyer miles when Members log into their PayRewards Account. 2.5 PayRewards Points can be transferred for 1 KrisFlyer mile. All transfers of PayRewards Points are final and cannot be reversed.
4. The Promotion Bonus will be allocated to winning Members’ KrisFlyer miles account within 14 days of the Winner signing the prize acceptance letter provided by Singapore Airlines.
5. Members will be entitled to one entry per Eligible Transfer completed during the Promotion Period. Members may have more than one entry.
6. PayRewards membership, PayRewards Points, and use of the pay.com.au Platform are subject to the PayRewards Terms and Conditions and pay.com.au Platform Terms and Conditions, respectively, each as amended from time to time.
7. Collection, use and disclosure of personal information by pay.com.au will be in accordance with pay.com.au’s Privacy Policy. Members acknowledge that their personal information (including first and last name and memberships numbers) will be disclosed to the Singapore Airlines/KrisFlyer miles for the purposes of this Promotion, including allocation of any Promotion Bonus.
8. Any claims in relation to KrisFlyer miles must be made directly to Singapore Airlines. KrisFlyer program and KrisFlyer miles are subject to KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions and such further terms and conditions as set out in the Trade Promotion Terms and Conditions. KrisFlyer miles issued in this Promotion expire one (1) year from the date the KrisFlyer miles are issued.
9. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
10. To the extent permitted by law (and subject to any directions from a regulatory authority), pay.com.au and/or Singapore Airlines reserves the right to amend, withdraw or suspend the Promotion, or amend terms and conditions applying to this promotion, at any time without notice.

TRADE PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These trade promotion terms and conditions should be read together with general promotion terms and conditions.

Schedule

General Terms

1. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Entries must comply with these terms and conditions to be valid. To the extent permitted by law, Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
2. All costs and expense other than those referred to in the Prize section in the Schedule will be at the Winner’s costs. The promoter will not be liable for the failure of the Winner to use the Promotion Bonus or to meet travel schedules or cancellations. No cash or other prize will be awarded if the Winner’s Promotion Bonus expires for any reason.
3. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered (even if caused by negligence) as a result of the Winner/s accepting or using the Prize (or both), except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
4. If required by law, the draw will be scrutinised by an independent person, unless an exemption is granted by a regulatory authority.
5. The winners of any Unclaimed Prize Draw will be notified, and their names will be published, in the same manner as set out in the Schedule for winners of the Prize Draw.
6. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, the Promoter may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion.

By entering this Promotion, Eligible Entrants license the Promoter to use the content of their entry in any way the Promoter wishes (including modifying, adapting, copying, publishing, broadcasting or communicating the entry whether in original or modified form in whole or in part) in all media in perpetuity without payment or giving other consideration to the Eligible Entrant.
9. By entering this Promotion, Eligible Entrants consents to the Promoter dealing with their entry content in any way that may otherwise infringe the Eligible Entrants’ moral rights and agree not to assert their moral rights (wherever such rights are recognised) in respect of their entry against the Promoter or its assigns, licensees or successors.
10. Eligible Entrants warrant that their entry is not in breach of any third party intellectual property rights.
11. Eligible Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image or voice (or a combination of these, to the extent collected during or in related to the Promotion) in the event that they are a Winner, in any media in perpetuity without remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed or supplied (or both) by the Promoter.
12. These terms and conditions, and the Promotion and any claim or dispute between the Promoter and an Entrant are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. In the event of a dispute in relation to the Promotion, Eligible Entrants must contact the Promoter to attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith. If the matter cannot be resolved, Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of courts and tribunals of Victoria in connection with any dispute concerning these terms and conditions and the Promotion.
13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if illegitimate, forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.
14. Should an Eligible Entrant’s contact details change during the Promotion Period, it is the Eligible Entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided as part of the redemption of a Prize should be directed to the Promoter. The Promoter takes no responsibility where it is unable to contact prize winners who have not provided correct or complete contact details.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of the social media profile of Eligible Entrants and of the age, identity and residential address of the Winner[s] and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this Promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions, or who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this Promotion, has breached any of these terms and conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. In the event that a winner breaches these terms and conditions, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
17. The Winner/s have rights under the Australian Consumer Law and other similar legislation which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by these terms and conditions. However, to the extent that it is permitted to do so, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability whether arising in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise for any personal injury or any other loss or damage (including without limitation loss of opportunity or loss of profits) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, without limitation, any variation in market value of the Prize stated in these terms and conditions or tax implications association with the Prize, the Prize or use of the Prize.
18. If for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, to the extent permitted by law, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to take any action that may be available to it.

Prize Conditions

1. The Prize are valid for a period of 1 year from the date on which it is credited to the Winner’s KrisFlyer account, following which it shall expire, and no extensions of the validity of the Prize(s) will be permitted. For the avoidance of doubt, any Prize awarded (including any part thereof) which has not been used by the end of such validity period will expire and shall be deemed null and void.
2. KrisFlyer miles can be used to redeem eligible flights on Singapore Airlines, Scoot, or their partner airlines, and/or for purchases on non-airline partners (such as KrisShop, KrisFlyer vRooms and via Kris+) in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions as set out below:

The use of KrisFlyer miles to redeem an air ticket is subject to seat availability at the time of reservation or ticket issuance and must be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the KrisFlyer programme, (available online at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/ppsclub_krisflyer/termsconditions-kf/).

The use of KrisFlyer miles to redeem merchandise on KrisShop (available online at https://www.krisshop.com/en/) is subject to stock availability at the time of purchase and must be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the KrisFlyer programme, and the terms of use of the KrisShop website (available online at https://www.krisshop.com/en/page/platform-and-sale-terms).
5. The use of KrisFlyer miles to redeem hotel stays or car rentals on KrisFlyer vRooms (available online at https://www.krisflyervrooms.com) is subject to room/car availability at the time of booking and must be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the KrisFlyer programme, and the terms of use of the KrisFlyer vRooms website (available online at https://www.krisflyervrooms.com/info/termsofuse.html).
6. The use of KrisFlyer miles to redeem shopping, dining, wellness services via the Kris+ app must be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the KrisFlyer programme, and the relevant Kris+ partners (available online at www.krisplus.com).
7. The use of KrisFlyer miles to redeem for activities and experiences on Pelago must be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the KrisFlyer programme, and terms of use of Pelago (available online at https://pages.pelago.co/en/terms-of-use).
8. Transfer of the Prize from a Winner’s KrisFlyer account to another KrisFlyer member’s account is not permitted.
9. To the extent permitted under applicable law, Singapore Airlines will not be responsible or liable for claims, losses or other consequences that any participant may suffer (including without limitation any claim, damage, loss, injury or disappointment) by participating in the Promotion, or a Winner’s acceptance or receipt of any Prize, or as a result of any Prize that is late, lost, damaged or misdirected in transit, unless such claims, losses or other consequences are the result of Singapore Airline’s fraud, negligence or wilful misconduct or that of its employees, officers, agents or contractors.
