We are PCI compliant and only hold card tokens, not card numbers.

Payments are settled and reconciled daily by our system with lots of controls to ensure security and safety of funds.

  • Expect payments to be received in T+2 business days which is typically the timing between payment by you and receipt by the payee.  We are always working towards shortening this timing, but settlement processes of the card schemes and banks unfortunately drive this.  We aim to clear funds each day by reconciling from settlements that are made each evening into the settlement account.
