Campaign Terms & Conditions  

Capitalised terms used below and not otherwise defined have the meaning as set out in the PayRewards terms and conditions.  

*A business must be a Qantas Business Rewards Member in order to redeem their PayRewards Points for Qantas Points. A one-off join fee of $89.50 including GST normally applies, however this will be waived for PayRewards Members. PayRewards membership, PayRewards Points, and use of the pay.com.au Platform are subject to the PayRewards terms and conditions and pay.com.au platform terms and conditions, respectively. Qantas Business Rewards Membership and Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Business Rewards Terms and Conditions.  Qantas Points will be credited to the Members’ Qantas Business Rewards account ​     ​within ​​30​​​​ ​​days of transfer. PayRewards Points can be transferred to Qantas Points when Members log into their PayRewards Account. Two PayRewards Points can be transferred for one Qantas Point. Any claims in relation to Qantas Points must be made directly to the Program Partner. PayRewards Points can be transferred to Qantas Points when Members log into their PayRewards Account. 

Transfer your PayReward Points to a Qantas Business Rewards Account between 12:01am (AEST) 26 August 2025 to 11:59pm (AEST) 7 September 2025 in a single transaction and earn: (1) 2,000 bonus points when you transfer between 50,000 and 99,999 points; or (2) 5,000 bonus points when you transfer between 100,000 and 149,999 points; or (3) 10,000 bonus points when you transfer 150,000 points or more. This offer is available to PayRewards Members only. All transfers are final and cannot be reversed. Bonus Qantas Points will be credited to your Qantas Business Rewards Account within 30 days from the offer end date (7 September 2025). 

~A business can redeem Qantas Points directly from their Qantas Business Rewards Account on Classic Flight Rewards or Points Plus Pay flights, paid seat selection and additional baggage allowance (when purchased at time of flight booking), and/or transfer Qantas Points out of the Qantas Business Rewards Accounts into any individual’s Qantas Frequent Flyer account. In order to transfer or directly redeem Qantas Points from a Qantas Business Rewards Account, the business account must have a balance of at least 3,000 Qantas Points. You must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member to earn, transfer and redeem Qantas Points as an individual. A joining fee may apply. Membership and Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program Terms and Conditions. We recommend you consult your accountant or tax adviser to ensure you understand possible tax implications, for example fringe benefits tax (if applicable). Seat selection: You can select your seat on all Qantas operated flights (excluding select regional services).  Fees may apply.  Seat selection cannot be guaranteed as seats may need to be changed for operational, safety or security reasons, even after boarding the aircraft. General Terms & Conditions

Qantas Business Rewards x pay.com.au General Partner Terms and Conditions 

Earn 1 Qantas Point for your business for every 2 PayRewards Points transferred to your Qantas Business Rewards (“QBR”) Account (i.e. 2 PayRewards Points = 1 Qantas Point, the “Qantas Earn Rate”). The total Qantas Point awarded is calculated by applying the Qantas Earn Rate to the number of PayRewards Points transferred. For example, if a member transferred 1500 PayRewards Points they would earn 750 Qantas Point​s​. The minimum number of PayRewards Points that can be transferred to your QBR Account is 1250. Fractions of Qantas Point​s​ will not be allocated. 

Qantas Points will be transferred to the QBR Account which is linked to the relevant PayRewards account at the time of transfer. Qantas Points will be allocated to the member’s account within 30 days of completing the relevant transfer, unless otherwise stated in connection with a specific campaign. Once a transfer has been processed it is final, and cannot be refunded or reversed. 

To earn Qantas Points, you must be a current Qantas Business Rewards Member (QBR Member). QBR Membership and the use of Qantas Points are subject to QBR and Qantas Membership Terms and Conditions, and any changes to the QBR Member benefits and features will be governed by those Terms and Conditions. Qantas collects and handles your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, and QBR collects and handles your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. 

The pay.com.au payment platform service is provided by pay.com.au Limited ACN 639 316 546. The pay.com.au payment platform is subject to the pay.com.au Terms and Conditions and the PayRewards Program is subject to the PayRewards Terms and Conditions. Pay.com.au collects and handles your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Pay.com.au Limited is not responsible for the redemption or use of Qantas Points – please contact Qantas regarding any queries relating to the redemption of Qantas Points. 

If you link your QBR Account to your PayRewards account, pay.com.au may share some of your personal information with QBR. QBR and pay.com.au may use your personal information in order to: (a) confirm that you are a QBR Member, (b) link your accounts, and (c) allow you to access details about your QBR Account, such as your ABN, from within your pay.com.au account. 

You can de-link or manage your linked accounts at any time through your profile in your PayRewards account settings.

A one-off join fee of $89.50 including GST normally applies, however this will be waived for PayRewards Members. Membership and Qantas Points are subject to the Pay.com.au Terms and Qantas Business Rewards Terms and Conditions. Qantas Points for the business are earned under the Pay.com.au Terms. Any claims in relation to Qantas Points under the Rewards Scheme must be made directly to the Program Partner. Qantas Points will be credited to the Members’ Business Rewards account within 14 days of transfer. PayPoints can be transferred to Qantas Points when Members log into their PayPoints Account. Two and a half PayPoints can be transferred for one Qantas Point. Any claims in relation to Qantas Points must be made directly to the Program Partner.

~Savings are available exclusively to Qantas Business Rewards Members on the base fare of selected fares only and do not apply to taxes, fees and carrier charges. Availability is limited.

^Discounted Qantas Club membership is available to Qantas Frequent Flyer members who are Qantas Business Rewards Flyers of the Qantas Business Rewards Member. The discount applies to Qantas Club Individual membership rates and is managed under the Qantas Club Qantas Business Rewards scheme. Qantas Club membership is subject to the Qantas Club Terms and Conditions. Qantas Australian Domestic and International lounge network is subject to change due to changes in state and territory specific restrictions, or health and safety advice.
