Capitalised terms used below and not otherwise defined have the meaning as set out in the PayRewards terms and conditions.
New pay.com.au customers will receive bonus Qantas Points (‘Bonus Qantas Points’) for their business if:
- they successfully open a new pay.com.au account using referral code ‘QBR50’ between 12:01am (AEDT) 1 April 2026 and 11:59pm (AEST) 31 May 2026 (Offer Period) and successfully link a valid Qantas Business Rewards Account to their pay.com.au account; and
- within 30 days from opening their pay.com.au account, process:
a) at least AU$20,000 of Eligible Payments to earn 20,000 Bonus Qantas Points.
OR
b) at least AU$50,000 of Eligible Payments to earn 50,000 Bonus Qantas Points.
BONUS POINTS OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Eligible Payments mean payments processed through pay.com.au using an eligible payment method, which are not cancelled or withdrawn at any time.
- Bonus Qantas Points will be allocated to your Qantas Business Rewards Account within 30 days of qualifying for the bonus.
- PayRewards Points and are subject to redemption rules and the PayRewards Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.
- Access to and use of the pay.com.au platform is subject to the pay.com.au Platform Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.
- To the extent permitted by law, pay.com.au reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Bonus Points Offer at any time without notice.
- Bonus Points Offer is limited to one per pay.com.au business account and does not accumulate as accounts progress through spend tiers. Accounts will earn the bonus Qantas Points (either the 20,000 Bonus Points or 50,000 Bonus Points, as applicable) for the highest spend tier reached. In no circumstances will a pay.com.au business account be entitled to more than 50,000 Bonus Points as result of this Offer.
- Bonus Points Offer, as well as the 30 days free access to “Premium” processing rates, cannot be used in conjunction with other sign-up offers.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- You must be a Qantas Business Rewards Member to earn Qantas Points for your business via pay.com.au. A one-off join fee of $89.50 including GST normally applies, however this will be waived for new PayRewards Members. Membership and Qantas Points are subject to the pay.com.au Terms and Qantas Business Rewards Terms and Conditions.
- PayRewards Points can be transferred to Qantas Points when Members log into their pay.com.au account. The conversion rate between PayRewards Points and Qantas points is 2:1 (i.e. 2 PayRewards Points = 1 Qantas Point).
- Any claims in relation to Bonus Qantas Points must be made directly to pay.com.au by emailing support@pay.com.au.
