How do I get access to PayRewards?
You are automatically enrolled in PayRewards when you sign up to pay.com.au. Your points are earned in the name of the account holder (not the business).
How do I earn PayRewards Points?
You can earn PayRewards Points on every transaction you make through pay.com.au. You can choose how many PayRewards Points you earn on each payment by selecting to earn 1 point, or 2 points per $1.
Convert your PayRewards Points with our major rewards partners including Qantas Business Rewards and Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer, or, redeem for whatever you like with our Pay Personal shopper service.
How much does it cost?
There are two tiers that you can earn PayRewards Points on:
Earn 1 PayRewards Point for every $1 you process through pay.com.au. Pay only 1.0% ex GST on top of your pay.com.au processing fee.
Earn 2 PayRewards Points for every $1 you process through pay.com.au. Pay only 1.8% ex GST on top of your pay.com.au processing fee.
Do they Expire?
PayRewards Points only expire after 18 months of no earning activity. They will not expire if you make a payment with PayRewards during this time.
How do I get points for using my Bank Account?
Simply link your BSB and Account details in your digital wallet. Choose your linked bank account when making a payment and select your PayRewards tier.
