How long do international payments take?
International payments are generally processed within 2 business days from the date you submit the payment. For some bank account payments — depending on when funds are received — processing may take 3 business days. If you’re making a time-sensitive payment, confirm the timeline with your account manager before proceeding.
What currencies do you support?
pay.com.au supports international payments to a growing list of countries and currencies, powered by our partnership with Send Payments. Please see our available countries and currencies support article for more details

When will you add the currency or country I need?
We’re continually expanding our list of supported currencies and countries. If the one you need isn’t listed, email us at support@pay.com.au and we’ll assess it’s suitability.
Why is the exchange rate only locked for 2.5 minutes?
Foreign exchange rates are subject to frequent changes due to regular market fluctuations and 2.5 minutes is the maximum time a rate can be held before it needs to be updated.
Can I set up custom authorisation for international payments?
Custom authorisation is not available at this point for international payments. They need to be authorised straight away.
Can I schedule international payments?
International payments are not available for scheduled or recurring payments.
