^¹Velocity Business Account Administrators can transfer Points earned by the Velocity Business member to a Velocity Frequent Flyer member, provided that (a) there is a minimum of 3,000 Points per transfer; and (b) the Velocity Frequent Flyer member transferee is directly employed or contracted by the Velocity Business member.

²Fares are subject to availability, and seats are limited and may not be available at peak times or on all flights. Redemption bookings must be booked on the Virgin Australia website and selecting “Use Points” (insert URL). Taxes, fees and carrier charges are payable at the time of booking and will vary depending on carrier, city pair, fare class date and time of booking. Payment surcharge may apply. You can change or get a refund for your booking by paying a fee and any fare difference, at least 24 hours before scheduled departure. The minimum Points required to redeem for a hotel stay via Rocket Travel Hotels is 2,000 Velocity Points. The actual Points required will vary depending on the hotel, room type, rate type, time of booking and date for which the booking is made. Points required for redemption are subject to change. You can redeem your Points for part of or the full amount of the hotel room rate including taxes and surcharges. Points cannot be redeemed on additional costs, such as in-room charges, early check-in, late check-out and upgrades, and these charges must be paid directly to the hotel.  Before booking, please review the cancellation policy relevant to your hotel, as these vary, and in some cases include non-refundable, non-changeable reservations. You may be entitled to a refund under the Australian Consumer Law in certain circumstances. If your booking qualifies for a refund, the total number of Points used for the booking can be refunded to your Velocity account. Partial refunds of Points are not available.   Guests must present photo identification on check-in, which must match the guest’s name listed on the booking confirmation.

⁸Velocity members can redeem Points for car hire booked via Rocket Travel Cars. All bookings made through this platform are subject to Rocket Travel terms and conditions. The minimum Points required to redeem for car hire via Rocket Travel Cars is 2,000 Velocity Points. The actual Points required vary depending on the vehicle, rental brand, rate type, time of booking and date for which the booking is made. Points required for redemption are subject to change. You can redeem your Points for part of or the full amount of the car rental rate including taxes and surcharges. Points cannot be redeemed on additional direct payments required at the time of pick-up, and these charges must be paid directly to the car rental company.

Before booking, please review the cancellation policy relevant to your car rental company, as these vary, and in some cases include non-refundable, non-changeable reservations. You may be entitled to a refund under the Australian Consumer Law in certain circumstances. If your booking qualifies for a refund, the total number of Points used for the booking can be refunded to your Velocity account. Partial refunds of Points are not available.   Please note that prepaid redemption bookings for car hire are non-refundable within 48 hours of travel.

Drivers of rental cars must present photo identification on at vehicle pick up. Please make sure photo identification matches the driver’s name listed on the booking confirmation.

⁹If you are a Velocity business member (Velocity Business), earn 1 Velocity Point for your business for every 2.5 PayRewards Points transferred to your Velocity Business account. The total Velocity Points awarded is calculated by applying the Velocity Points earn rate to the number of PayRewards Points by increments of 2.5. For example, 1250 PayRewards Points would earn 500 Velocity Points. Any PayRewards Points balance less than 1250 cannot be transferred to your Velocity Business account until the minimum PayRewards Points balance of 1250 has been reached. Fractions of Velocity Points will not be allocated.

Velocity Points will be awarded to the nominated Velocity Business account, which is linked to the relevant PayRewards account at the time of the relevant earn activity. Velocity Points will be allocated to the Velocity Business account within 30 business days of completing the relevant earn activity, unless otherwise stated in connection with a specific campaign. Velocity Points are not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
