Qantas Frequent Flyer Program

The two-minute guide to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program

Qantas Frequent Flyer program

As the name suggests, this is the loyalty program of Qantas and is the most popular frequent flyer program in Australia.

It is also the easiest to earn points with, not just through credit cards but also through shopping at Woolworths, topping up fuel at BP service stations, booking hotels, paying energy bills and holding all sorts of insurance policies.

The benefit of Qantas Frequent Flyer over rival Australian airline loyalty program Velocity – run by Virgin Australia – is the international footprint Qantas has.

The airline services a host of destinations around the world itself which you can book tickets to using points.

And if Qantas does not fly to where you want to go, you can also book seats with Oneworld partner airlines using Qantas Frequent Flyer points.

These include the likes of Emirates, American Airlines, British Airways, Cathay Pacific and Japan Airlines.

Virtually anywhere in the world that you want to go, you can get there on one of these airlines using Qantas points.

How many Qantas Frequent Flyer points can you earn with a business credit card?

With the right business credit card, you can earn up to 1.25 Qantas Frequent Flyer points per dollar spent through pay.com.au on all your business expenses, ATO tax payments, employee superannuation payments and more.
