Things you should know.
To transfer your PayRewards Points to Velocity Points, you must be a member of and link your Virgin Australia Business Flyer account to your pay.com.au account.
A minimum points balance of 1,250 PayRewards Points applies to transfers. Points are transferred at a rate of 1 Velocity Point for every 2 PayRewards Points. Fractions of Velocity Points will not be allocated.
For example, 1,250 PayRewards Points would transfer to 625 Velocity Points.
Once a transfer is made, it cannot be reversed. Points appear in your Virgin Australia Business Flyer account within 24 hours of making a transfer. Transfers can only be made to the Virgin Australia Business Flyer account linked to your pay.com.au account at the time the transfer is made.

Bonus Velocity Points Promotion
Earn an additional 15% bonus Velocity Points when you transfer PayRewards Points to a linked Virgin Australia Business Flyer account between 12:01am (AEST) 12 October 2026 and 11:59pm (AEST) 25 October 2026.
Bonus Velocity Points are calculated on all PayRewards Point transfers initiated during the Promotion Period by multiplying the number of Velocity Points credited to the member’s Virgin Australia Business Flyer account by 15%. For example, a member who converts 2,000 PayRewards Points into Velocity Points for their Virgin Australia Business Flyer account during the Promotion Period would receive 1,000 Velocity Points at the standard 2:1 conversion rate, plus an additional 150 Bonus Velocity Points (being 1,000 x 0.15). Fractions of bonus Velocity Points will not be awarded.
All transfers are final and cannot be reversed. Bonus Velocity Points will be credited to your Virgin Australia Business Flyer account within 24 hours from transfer date.
