Things you should know
Capitalised terms used below and not otherwise defined have the meaning as set out in the PayRewards terms and conditions.
New pay.com.au customers will receive 25,000 bonus Velocity Points (‘Bonus Velocity Points’) for their business if:
- they successfully open a new pay.com.au account using referral code ‘VABF25’ between 12:01am (AEST) 1 May 2025 to 11:59pm (AEST) 31 July 2025 and successfully link a valid Virgin Australia Business Flyer account to their pay.com.au account (the ABN/ACN must match across the accounts);
- within 30 days from opening their pay.com.au account, process at least AU$10,000 of through pay.com.au using an Eligible Payment Method. The transactions must be completed to be eligible, and cannot be cancelled or withdrawn.
BONUS POINTS OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Eligible Payment Methods on the pay.com.au payments platform are credit card transactions or bank transfers where PayRewards are earned.
- Bonus Velocity Points will be allocated to your Virgin Australia Business Flyer account within 30 days of qualifying for the Bonus Velocity Points.
- PayRewards Points are subject to redemption rules and the PayRewards Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.
- Access to and use of the pay.com.au platform is subject to the pay.com.au Platform Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.
- com.au reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Bonus Points Offer at any time without notice.
- The Bonus Points Offer is limited to one business per user per pay.com.au account.
- The Bonus Points Offer, as well as the 30 days free access to “Premium” processing rates, cannot be used in conjunction with other sign-up offers.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- To earn and redeem Velocity Points, you must be a Virgin Australia Business Flyer member. Membership and Velocity Points earn is subject to the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.
- PayRewards Points can be transferred to Velocity Points for their Virgin Australia Business Flyer account when Members log into their pay.com.au account. The conversion rate between PayRewards Points and Velocity Points is 2:1 (i.e. 2 PayRewards Points = 1 Velocity Point).
- Transferred Velocity Points will be credited to the Members’ Virgin Australia Business Flyer account within 30 days of transfer.
- Any claims in relation to Velocity Points must be made directly to pay.com.au by emailing support@pay.com.au.
