TRADE PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS – BAS 2,000,000 Bonus PayRewards Points Competition (2026)

Capitalised terms used below and not otherwise defined have the meaning as set out in the Platform terms and conditions and PayRewards terms and conditions.

This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.

Eligible Entrants	Entry is open to Australian residents who are aged 18 years and over and an account owner of a pay.com.au business account which is verified to make payments. Directors, management, employees and their immediate families, of the Promoter and related entities are ineligible to enter.
How to enter	To enter the promotion, the entrant must make an Eligible Transfer. For the purposes of this promotion, an Eligible Transfer is a payment made via the pay.com.au platform that: is via a business account in respect of which the Eligible Entrant is the account owner; meets the Minimum Payment Amount; is submitted during the Promotion Period; is successfully remitted within seven (7) days of the end of the Promotion Period; and is not subject to any refund, chargeback or other payment recall request at the Draw Date. Minimum Payment Amount means AUD$1,000 (excluding any applicable fees and GST). International payments are included in this Promotion – the Minimum Payment Amount is applied as against the transaction amount (excluding any applicable fees and GST) paid by the Eligible Entrant in AUD, i.e. before conversion to foreign currency. Entrants may have one entry for each Eligible Transfer.
Prize description	A total of 2,000,000 PayRewards Points, as follows: Major Prize 500,000 PayRewards Points (valued at AUD$4,000) Minor Prizes 3 x prizes of 200,000 PayRewards Points (each prize valued at AUD$1,600) 4 x prizes of 100,000 PayRewards Points (each prize valued at AUD$800) 10 x prizes of 50,000 PayRewards Points (each prize valued at AUD$400)

Draw	Random electronic number generator drawn on 15/06/2026 at 12:00pm AET at 207/28 Riddell Parade, Elsternwick, VIC, 3185 (“Draw Date“)
Draw details	The Prize will be drawn via electronic random generator to ensure all eligible entrants have an equal chance of winning each prize. The first valid entry drawn will be the winner of the Major Prize and subsequent valid entries drawn will be the winners of the Minor Prizes.
Notification of winner	The winner will be notified by email, within 3 days following the conclusion of the Draw on the Draw Date.
Prize delivery	Prize will be allocated to the Winners’ pay.com.au user account within 14 days of the Draw Date.
Prize conditions	No part of the prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash or any other prize or transferable, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Promoter. PayRewards membership, PayRewards Points, and use of the pay.com.au Platform are subject to the PayRewards Terms and Conditions and pay.com.au Platform Terms and Conditions, respectively, each as amended from time to time. It is the Winner’s responsibility to redeem PayRewards Points for flights or other goods or services.
Unclaimed Prize Draw	If for any reason the Winner does not claim the Prize (including if the Promoter is unable to allocate the Prize), the Prize will remain unclaimed for two months after the Draw Date, after which an unclaimed Prize draw will be held on 15/08/2026 at 12:00pm AET at 207/28 Riddell Parade, Elsternwick, VIC, 3185 (Unclaimed Prize Draw).
Publication of winners	The last name, initial of the first name, and postcode of the Winner/s will be published at https://www.pay.com.au for a period of 30 days following the date the Winner/s are notified.
Changes or cancellation to the Promotion	To the extent permitted by law (and subject to any directions from a regulatory authority), pay.com.au reserves the right to amend, withdraw or suspend the Promotion, or amend terms and conditions applying to this promotion, at any time without notice, and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize.
Claims	Any claims in respect of the Promotion must be made to the Promoter.
Privacy	Collection, use and disclosure of personal information by pay.com.au will be in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

General Terms

1. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Entries must comply with these terms and conditions to be valid. To the extent permitted by law, Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
2. All costs and expenses other than those referred to in the Prize section in the Schedule will be at the Winner’s cost. The Promoter will not be liable for the failure of the Winner to use any part of the Prize or to meet travel schedules or cancellations. No cash or other prize will be awarded if any part of the Prize expires for any reason.
3. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered (even if caused by negligence) as a result of the Winner/s accepting or using the Prize (or both), except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
4. If required by law, the draw will be scrutinised by an independent person, unless an exemption is granted by a regulatory authority.
5. The winners of any Unclaimed Prize Draw will be notified, and their names will be published, in the same manner as set out in the Schedule for winners of the Prize Draw.
6. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, the Promoter may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion.
7. Promoter retains sole discretion in determining verification of pay.com.au accounts or acceptance of any payment instructions, in accordance with the Platform terms and conditions.
8. Eligible Entrants warrant that their entry is not in breach of any third-party intellectual property rights.
9. Eligible Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image or voice (or a combination of these, to the extent collected during or in relation to the Promotion) in the event that they are a Winner, in any media in perpetuity without remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed or supplied (or both) by the Promoter.
10. These terms and conditions, and the Promotion and any claim or dispute between the Promoter and an Entrant are governed by the laws, and subject to the courts, of the relevant jurisdictional authority where the Entrant ordinarily resides. In the event of a dispute in relation to the Promotion, Eligible Entrants must contact the Promoter to attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith.
11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if illegitimate, forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.
12. Eligible Entrants acknowledge and agree that this Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or affiliated with any social media platform.
13. The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury to Eligible Entrants resulting from entering or participating in this Promotion including arising from any comments made, or material published by third parties about Eligible Entrants on any social media platform in connection with this Promotion.
14. Should an Eligible Entrant’s contact details change during the Promotion Period, it is the Eligible Entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided as part of the redemption of a Prize should be directed to the Promoter. The Promoter takes no responsibility where it is unable to contact prize winners who have not provided correct or complete contact details.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of the age, identity and residential address of the Winner/s and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this Promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions, or who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this Promotion, has breached any of these terms and conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. In the event that a winner breaches these terms and conditions, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
17. The Winner/s have rights under the Australian Consumer Law and other similar legislation which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by these terms and conditions. However, to the extent that it is permitted to do so, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability whether arising in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise for any personal injury or any other loss or damage (including without limitation loss of opportunity or loss of profits) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, without limitation, any variation in market value of the Prize stated in these terms and conditions or tax implications associated with the Prize, the Prize or use of the Prize.
