NAB Customer Sign Up Offer
Terms and Conditions (“Offer Terms”)
- Eligible Customers who sign up for a new pay.com.au Business Account using the promotional code “NAB40” and transact not less than $10,000.00 within 30 days of verifying their account will receive 40,000 bonus PayRewards Points and six (6) months of access to our Premium Platform Fees at no cost (the “Offer”).
- This Offer is conducted by pay.com.au Limited ACN 639 316 546 (“pay.com.au”). Questions relating to this Offer should be directed to support@pay.com.au.
- These Offer Terms should be read in conjunction with the pay.com.au General Terms and Conditions (the “General Terms”). To the extent of any inconsistency, the General Terms shall prevail over these Offer Terms.
- The rules of Construction in section 1.2 of the General Terms apply to these Offer Terms. Capitalised terms used below and not otherwise defined have the meaning as set out in General Terms.
- The Offer commences at 12:01am AEST on 30 September 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 1 October 2027 (the “Offer Period”).
- To be eligible for this Offer, customers must:
(a) sign up for, and successfully verify, a new Business Account during the Offer Period using the promotional code “NAB40”; and
(b) not be, and not be linked to, an Australian business that already holds, or has previously held, a pay.com.au account
(“Eligible Customer”). - Eligible Customers who submit and approve not less than $10,000.00 AUD in Eligible Payments within 30 days of verifying their pay.com.au account (“Qualifying Period”), will receive the Bonus detailed below.
- For the purposes of these Offer Terms, “Eligible Payments” means the following:
(a) any outgoing payment submitted and approved via the pay.com.au Platform;
(b) are successfully remitted to the applicable Nominated Payee within 7 calendar days of the end of the Qualifying Period;
(c) are not, at any time on or before the Reward Issue Date, subject to a refund, cancellation, chargeback or other payment recall,
using an Approved Payment Method, but explicitly excludes:
(a) Prohibited Payments;
(b) payments made for any illegal, improper or fraudulent purpose; and
(c) payments which otherwise do not comply with the General Terms. - Eligible Payments for the purpose of these Offer Terms is taken to include any applicable fees and taxes.
