TERMS AND CONDITIONS – “Earn a guaranteed pro-rata share of 1 million Asia Miles” Campaign
Capitalised terms used below and not otherwise defined have the meaning as set out in the PayRewards terms and conditions.
pay.com.au customers will receive a guaranteed pro-rata share of 1 million Asia Miles (‘Bonus Asia Miles’) if they make an ‘Eligible Transfer’ (as defined below) between 12:01am (AEDT) on 9 March 2026 and 11:59pm (AEDT) on 22 March 2026 (the ‘Promotion Period’) (the ‘Promotion’).
BONUS POINTS OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- For the purpose of the Promotion an ‘Eligible Transfer’ is a transfer of PayRewards Points into Asia Miles during the Promotion Period that results in 20,000 or more Asia Miles being credited to the Member’s Cathay account.
- The exact number of Bonus Asia Miles you will receive will be determined by:
- calculating the percentage that the number of PayRewards Points you convert into Asia Miles (as Eligible Transfers) represents in relation to the aggregate number of PayRewards Points converted into Asia Miles (that are Eligible Transfers) by all members during the Promotion Period; and
- applying that percentage to the 1,000,000 Bonus Asia Miles available. For example, if you were to convert 100,000 PayRewards Points into Asia Miles, and the aggregate amount of PayRewards Points converted into Asia Miles by all members was 1,000,000, then you would receive 10% (or 100,000) of the Bonus Asia Miles.
- The calculation of such amounts will be performed by pay.com.au in their sole discretion.
- Bonus Asia Miles will be allocated to the member’s Cathay account within 30 days of the Promotion Period ending.
- PayRewards Points and are subject to redemption rules and the PayRewards Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.
- Access to and use of the pay.com.au platform is subject to the pay.com.au Platform Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.
- pay.com.au and or Asia Miles / Cathay reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Promotion at any time without notice.
- Bonus Asia Miles are limited to one business per user per pay.com.au account.
- Bonus Asia Miles cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
- The Promotion is also subject to the relevant Asia Miles terms and conditions found here.
- By participating in the Promotion, each participant agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, Cathay membership number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by Asia Miles / Cathay.
- GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- You must be a Cathay Member to earn Asia Miles for your business via pay.com.au. Cathay Membership and Asia Miles are subject to the Asia Miles Terms & Conditions.
- PayRewards Points can be transferred to Asia Miles when Members log into their pay.com.au account. The conversion rate between PayRewards Points and Asia Miles is 3:1 (i.e. 3 PayRewards Points = 1 Asia Miles.)
