GOLD STATUS OFFER – TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

This Offer is provided by pay.com.au Limited (ACN 639 316 546) of 207/28 Riddell Parade, Elsternwick VIC 3185 (“Pay.com.au“) in conjunction with AAPC Limited ABN 87 009 175 820 of Level 23, 1 Bligh Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (“Partner”). These Terms govern the Offer provided to individuals who are members of both the ALL Loyalty Program and PayRewards (each, a “Member”). The current Terms are available on the Offer landing page and, to the extent permitted by law, may be modified at any time, with changes effective upon posting. The Offer is void where prohibited by law applicable in the Member’s country of residence. To the extent permitted by law, Pay.com.au reserves the right to withdraw this Offer at any time.  

ALL – Accor is the Partner’s loyalty program (“ALL Program”) and “ALL Reward Points” are points earned by ALL Program members. Membership in the ALL Program is subject to the ALL Program terms and conditions (ALL Program Terms), which are separate from and in addition to these Terms. “PayRewards” is pay.com.au’s loyalty program and “PayReward Points” are points earned by PayRewards members. Membership in, and use of, PayRewards is subject to the Platform terms and conditions and PayRewards terms and conditions. During the Member’s ALL Program Gold status period and thereafter, the ALL Program Terms will continue to apply. 

This Offer is open to Members with active accounts who have received an email communication from pay.com.au and are not benefiting from an incompatible offer. Participation in the Offer is free and not open to groups. By transferring 100,000 PayRewards Points or more to ALL Reward Points, Members accept these Terms. 

  1. OFFER FEATURES

    1.1 Eligibility to access this offer 

Members who already hold Gold status or above and ALL Accor+ Explorer members, cannot receive Gold status under this Offer. 

Members cannot combine this Offer with ALL Accor+ Explorer, other ‘Instant’ Status Offers, or Fast Track offers during the validity period. Members cannot unsubscribe from this Offer to register for another concurrent offer. Once the Offer is redeemed, termination of ALL Program membership terminates the Offer. The Offer may also terminate upon subscription to ALL Accor+ Explorer.

     1.2 Eligibility to receive Gold status.  

Members must: 

  1. convert at least 100,000 PayRewards Points to ALL Reward Points in a single transfer between 12:01am AEDT on 2 March 2026 and 11:59pm AEDT on 31 March 2026 (Eligible Transfer). Multiple transfers cannot be aggregated to satisfy this requirement; and 
  2. register via the unique, non-transferable activation link emailed to the Member, which will remain valid until 11:59pm AEDT on 30 April 2026. If any account other than the Member originally invited attempts to register using the link, they will encounter an error message. Each Member receives only one activation link; once used, it cannot be reused. 

Upon registration, Members will receive email confirmation of Gold status within 48 hours. Gold status is valid for 12 months from the date of registration (the “Gold Year“). 

     1.3 Other offer terms 

  • Gold status will not be allocated automatically upon completing an Eligible Transfer and Members must complete the steps above to receive Gold status. 
  • Members can only access this offer once and this offer is not available to any duplicate accounts. 
  • Any transfer of PayRewards Points is not reversible or refundable, and is otherwise subject to the PayRewards terms and conditions.

    2. GOLD STATUS TERMS

    2.2 Maintaining Gold Status 

To maintain Gold status beyond the Gold Year, Members must: 

  • complete 8 Eligible Nights within 12 months of registration. “Eligible Nights” are nights booked at Participating Hotels, at eligible rates, through eligible channels (Accor websites, reservation centre, hotels, or connected travel agencies). Nights booked through third-party resellers, tour operators, or OTAs (e.g., Expedia, Booking.com) are not eligible. For the avoidance of doubt, the check-out date of all Eligible Nights must occur during the Gold Year, being between the registration date for the Offer and the end of the Offer’s validity period as specified in the confirmation email sent to the Member. Only the room occupied by the Member counts as an Eligible Night; multiple room reservations count as one night. The number of nights required to maintain their status will be reflected in the Member’s ALL Accor account. 
  • If the Member completes the required number of Eligible Nights within the Gold Year, the Member may maintain Gold status until the end of the calendar year following the year of joining the Offer (i.e., 31 December 2027). 
  • If the Member does not complete the required number of Eligible Nights within the Gold Year, the Member’s status will be recalculated at the end of this period based on their activity during the Gold Year (including Eligible Nights completed before activating the Offer). 
  • Ineligible Rates: The following rates do not qualify as Eligible Nights: group bookings paid collectively by organizers; partner employee rates; crew rates; Accor/partner/provider employee rates; and tour operator rates. 
  • Participating Hotels: All Accor hotels, except those listed here, participate in the ALL Program. Members cannot accrue Eligible Nights at hotels that leave the Accor network or that are no longer participating in the ALL Program at the time of the Member’s reservation, though benefits previously earned at those hotels remain valid.

    2. 1 Account Information 

Members can access all information related to their Gold status membership on all.accor.com in their customer account. 

       3. PRIVACY 

pay.com.au collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles for the purposes of Offer management, claims handling, and commercial communications. Data may be shared with pay.com.au’s affiliates and partners, including the Partner. Where data is transferred outside Australia, pay.com.au will take reasonable steps to ensure the overseas recipient handles the information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles. Full details are available in pay.com.au’s privacy policy. 

Members may exercise their rights under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) to access and correct their personal information by contacting the Partner at privacy@accor.com. Members may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au if they are not satisfied with pay.com.au’s handling of their personal information. 

     4. GENERAL TERMS 

  • Complaints and Disputes: 
    • Complaints and disputes in respect of the Offer or PayRewards, can be made to pay.com.au: hello@pay.com.au 
    • Complaints and disputes in respect of the Gold Status or ALL Program can be made to the Partner: https://help.accor.com. NOTE: Members have 6 months from check-out to file complaints regarding Eligible Night credits. 
  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.  
  • Legal Proceedings: The parties shall attempt to resolve any dispute amicably before commencing legal proceedings. Subject to any rights a Member may have under the Australian Consumer Law, any legal proceedings against the pay.com.au shall be brought in the courts of Victoria, Australia and any legal proceedings against the Partner shall be brought in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
